The unit was neat.
We loved this gorgeous hotel with helpful staff at the reception desk. The atmosphere created was quiet! 42nd Street-Bryant Park subway station can be reached within 5 minutes walk.

Really enjoyed it from the moment we entered, would recommend this place. The restaurant here was lovely with homely tasty food and excellent service, we both ordered appetising dishes. The location was perfect, minutes from a 70th-floor open-air observation deck.

Everything was good, the hotel is accommodating and fairly clean with friendly services. We loved appetising eggs, muffins, fruit, pastries and pancakes.

I loved how close the hotel was to Central Park, and the New York Public Library was just a few steps away, perfect for a quick visit. The comfy bed and clean room added to my enjoyable stay as a solo traveler, but the breakfast offerings could have been a bit more substantial.

Citadines has a great location, just a short walk from times square and broadway. The friendly staff tried their best to accommodate us despite the issues. We also liked the room's layout, which suited our family's needs, thanks to the spacious common areas.

The staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for you. The rooms, although small, had everything you could possibly need and the location was excellent - 1 min walk to 5th ave. The breakfast was good and varied every day.
The only thing this hotel lacks is space on the ground floor where the self service breakfast is supplied. It was a bit of a struggle to get a seat some mornings and very cramped when you did.
